THEME - The theme of the competition is “Creative Photography” – This can be viewed as being the same as Pictorial photography and does not necessarily mean manipulated images although straight record are not suitable:
Many Photographers have a great sense of creativity and want to break away from the rules and constraints of traditional photographs.
Entries can be of any subject that embodies the elements of good design, arrangement or composition, and reflects the personal interpretation of the photographer, who wants to illustrate an idea, rather than simply record a scene or event.
Lighting can be creative, i.e. early morning or late evening light, night photography, backlighting can all lift a photograph from being straight to being a creative photograph.

PRINTS - Each entry must bear the author’s name and a title. There is no stipulated minimum size for print entries but for guidance it should measure no less than 25cms along the longest side of the print (excluding the mount) to enable the audience to see the work.
